Chelmsford Cleaning services offer a range of domestic cleaning services including:
WEEKLY CLEANING
This is for weekly domestic cleaning in your home or property, we will arrange a set day and time that suits both you and the cleaner. The cleaner will then spend the allocated time cleaning your house. If you was to require any extra cleaning to be done you can arrange this with your cleaner, to be done the following week.
FORTNIGHTLY CLEANING
This is very similar to weekly cleans except on a two weekly basis. Fortnightly cleans usually take a little longer than weekly cleans.
SPRING CLEANING / DEEP CLEANING
Spring cleaning can be in addition to weekly cleaning or as a one off. With a spring clean we will do all the normal cleaning listed below as well as in cupboards, behind all moveable furniture, on top of all furniture and cupboards, wall washing etc, we will try to remove lime scale and any other build up of dirt. This usually takes double the time a weekly clean would take.
END OF TENANCY CLEANING
If you own a property that you rent out, we can come in and clean it when the old tenant moves out and / or before the new tenant moves in. We can clean the kitchen, bathrooms, and all other rooms. If the tenant has left it in a bad way we can do deep cleaning to try to get it back to a rentable state. We can also do basic cleaning if it just needs a freshen up before the new tenant moves in.
POST BUILDING WORK CLEANING
If you have had work done on your property, we can come in and clean to get the house looking great. When builders leave there is often a lot of dust and dirt left behind. We can come in and get this back to normal for you. We can wash windows inside and out. We can wipe down walls, skirtings, floors, we will bring our heavy duty vacuum cleaner to avoid ruining your domestic vacuum cleaner.
